Wow! that sounds loud You are strong. You probably can’t sleep so I understand. I would complain too if it kept my family up. But do you real really think they are going to do something for you? don’t give up. I am one of the truckers and even I am on your side!

I just blew my horn to show you we don’t care about you or your little neighbors HAHA! We own Troy! We are nestle! Oh and I am TXTing this while driving but they won’t do anything about that either because we OWN them. AHAHAHA!

I do not need to attend a police cheer leading PR session but thank you. We know and document the actions of the police, and some of these actions that would not only suprise you, make you sick and appalled, but it would out right scare you! If you think they act accordingly on the street like they would in those PR stunts, then I have some bridges to sell.

So, you are ok with exploiting fear and exercising abuse as long as the results are there? Even if they are “faked” (in their favor) crime stats?

Respecting something does not automatically condone it’s actions. I respect a hammer as a tool but I wouldn’t expect it to buy nails or know whats right or wrong. So if respect is enough for you, glad to hear it. Understaffed and overworked? This is supposed to appease people? This creates all the more reason to expect mistakes and increases the need for oversight. Thank you for your views.

I have the utmost of respect for the Troy Police Department.
I would suggest you attend the Citizens Police Academy and learn a bit more about the department before commenting further. This is a free 7 week program available to all Troy citizens (and to some citizens who do not reside in Troy). You will be able to ask any questions in a group setting and/or one-on-one to the department. Furthermore, the Troy Police have taken cutbacks and are working longer hours with fewer officers. It is a highly stressful job (no matter what city you work as an officer in). Do you really think the crime rates in Troy are some of the lowest in the country because there is no crime here? The rates are low because of the Troy PD!

We have had mostly bad interactions with them. We agree! They need to be policed. Who are they protecting anyway? The money interests!
